Hi there!

Thank you for being here. We are delighted to get to share a little bit about us with you.

The main impetus behind Rosette was that bars have a long history of providing communities places to gather, meet their neighbors, and develop deeper connections. For way too long, people who don't drink have been excluded, or been after thoughts, from these places. We wanted Rosette to be a bar where thoughtfully constructed and considered seasonal cocktails and N/A spirits could shine, where those who want a bar experience without alcohol could have that! Wine and beer offer an on-ramp for those accompanying N/A friends or who simply want a nice fermented beverage. We also created Rosette to show off the skills of our kitchen crew - they do really incredible work at Jude's, but the menu there has less room for experimentation. At Rosette, they have a chance to make some incredible and diverse food. So, in total, we wanted to create another place on the block that showcases the joy and power of worker owned restaurants, that provides a social place for those who prefer to avoid alcohol-centered establishments, and to showcase the skills of our kitchen co-workers!

Our atmosphere is cozy and convivial. The space itself is 10 feet wide, so we have a long bar (great for meeting other people or doing a crossword puzzle), as well as a small lounge area in the front that can accommodate small groups. We hope that folks feel welcomed in the space, whether they come in solo or with friends. Due to the narrow nature of the space, our license requires that we only host people who are 21 and up (Jude’s, right down the street, is family friendly!).

Thanks for checking us out - we hope to see you very soon!

In solidarity,

The members of Rosette
